1. Who we are

10 Minutes MBA is operated by Business Bites ("we", "us", "our"), an individual sole proprietor based in India. By accessing the website at the10minutemba.com or purchasing any product offered through it, you ("you", "user", "customer") agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

Your continued use of the service or completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

We publish written business case studies and offer downloadable PDF bundles (collectively, the "Service"). Some content is freely available; some is sold as a one-time purchase ("Products"). Access to a Product requires an account and a completed payment.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share any Product;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical limits;
• Upload or transmit malware, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and Products on the Service are owned by Business Bites or licensed to him. Purchasing a Product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership.

7. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to access purchased Products may be revoked if termination results from your breach.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Educational content disclaimer

All content on the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice and is not a recommendation to take any specific action. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
